Our library help desk gets frequent requests to hold and teach a Windows 10 beginner class. Our staff decided that it will be easier to teach a class when we upgrade to Windows 10, which should happen by the end of the year. In the meantime, we are struggling to meet the demand for appropriate alternative resources for those patrons who want help understanding Windows 10.
Currently, we have a pamphlet at our desk with the list of our Windows 10 books- which are never on the shelves-, a link and description of the GCFLearnFree.org tutorial site, a link to the Microsoft Windows 10 support page, and a few links to specific YouTube videos.
Does anyone else have other suggestions for Windows 10 resources that we could share with our patrons.?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thank you very much!
